Welcome to Members of Pinewood Shore.
Welcome to our second online
Newsletter. I am pleased to say that we have had several
successful events this year, particularly two collections for our
charity ‘Tender Loving Care’, and the Scout Fun Day in aid of
Butchers Coppice Centre of Excellence.
On the sad side, we lost our Vice President,
Roy Head on 14 April. Roy and Dorothy have been very active
in our Branch for many years, and Roy even chaired the April Branch
Meeting in my absence on our Golden Wedding holiday, going into
hospital the following day. Unfortunately, at the time of
writing, Dorothy is in hospital – at Frenchay Hospital, Bristol,
following a fall when leaving Regional Skittles at
Portishead. We all wish her the very best.

To apply for tickets for Phinewood Shore's events, please send
a cheque made payable to 'Pinewood Shore No 132', together with an
SAE to Vic Pegrum, 29 Greensome Drive, Ferndown BH22 8BE.
When booking, please give the
following information:
The name and date of the event
Your contact telephone number
Your membership number
Menu choices (where appropriate)
Total number of tickets required and what type i.e.
members/guests
