Welcome to Members of Eastern Point.
Well another year is passing on and again
it’s been another fun and interesting year for the Branch, so why
not have a roam around our site and see what’s being going on and
still what is to come.
We are always trying to do different and new
things so if there is something you would like us to look at please
contact us or better still come along to one of our really friendly
meetings and we can have a chat and a bite to eat whilst discussing
things with you.
Over the last 3 or 4 months we have seen
some new members attend our meetings so come on then show us a leg
and join our merry band the more the better.
September brings the Regional Assembly,
which is very important for the Branch, but also for the Region and
Foresters as a whole as what happens there helps mould our future.
The Branch has 7 delegates attending in Croydon and I would like to
wish them all well and especially Alison Kinder who has kindly
agreed to stand for a Regional Councillor position.

FORTHCOMING EVENT - Grand Anniversary
Celebrations & Dance
4 July 2009, 6.30pm for 7.00pm sit down
This is certainly
something to keep an eye out for - a MUST
ATTEND event.
In 2009, your Branch will reach the tender age of 35, so to mark
the occasion we hope to hold a fabulous Anniversary Dance at the
Wherry Hotel, Bridge Road, Oulton Broad, Suffolk NR32 3LN.
The Menu is as follows:
Slices of Melon served with a fruit Sorbet
Breast of Chicken served in a Brandy and Apricot Sauce
Passion Fruit Mousse served with a Mint Sabayon
Glass of Wine
Coffee/Tea
There will be live music along with a disco and entertainment
will be provided throughout the evening.
The tickets are £25.00 for Members and £30.00 for non
Members.
