What if I change
my mind?
Once we have checked your application and Government voucher we
will issue you with your Plan Document and a notice of your right
to cancel.
You then have 30 days from receipt of this notice in which you can
change your mind about taking out this Plan and have your Voucher
returned to you.
Under HM Revenue and Customs rules we can only open a
Plan once this cancellation period has expired. Any subscriptions
received for your child will be held in a non-interest bearing
account until your child’s Plan is opened.

Are we covered by the Financial Services
Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
Yes. This means that you may be entitled to compensation from the
FSCS in the event that we cannot meet our obligations.
Compensation depends on the type of business and
the circumstances of the claim but most types of investment
business are covered for 100% of the first £30,000 and 90% of the
next £20,000 so the maximum compensation is £48,000.
Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is
available from the FSCS website www.fscs.org.uk or
by phone on 020 7892 7300.
