Fiona Bailey - Head of Human Resources
Fiona joined Foresters in July 1990 and held the posts of
Personnel Manager and Group Human Resources Manager before becoming
Head of Human Resources in March 2004.
Prior to joining Foresters, Fiona worked for a combined 11 years
within HR in the Travel industry and Defence sales. She is a
Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel &
Development.
Stephen Dilworth - Group Membership Director
Stephen has extensive experience in financial services having
held managerial postions in Leeds Permanent, Town & Country and
IFA Promotion. He also ran his own marketing consultancy before
joining Bank of Ireland as Head of Corporate Affairs in 1995. He
then joined Foresters in 1999 and now oversees our membership
and charitable activities.
He has a first class honours degree in economics and history and
a degree in financial services. He is a Fellow of both the
Chartered Institute of Banking, and the Chartered Institute of
Marketing.
Lynzi Dowling - Head of Customer Services
Lynzi joined the company in 1987 and has held posts of Model
Office Manager and New Business Manager before becoming Head of
Customer Services in 2006.
Malcolm Edwards - Financial Controller & Company
Secretary
Malcolm is a chartered accountant. He qualified with Arthur
Young (now Ernst & Young) and spent many years working for
banks in the City. He joined Foresters in 2001.
Vivian Huxley - Head of Investments
Vivian was appointed Head of Investments in 1996. He has a long
track record of excellent investment performance within life
company funds and collective investment schemes.
In 1972 after reading mathematics at Oxford University, he
joined the stockbrokers Laing & Cruickshank, before running
Pearl Assurance's fixed interest portfolios for eight years. In the
1980s and 1990s he served on the Boards of British National Life
Assurance and Pennine Fund Managers.
Dwight Hylton - Head of Systems
Dwight has been with Foresters since November 1994 when he
joined as an Analyst Programmer. Since then he has progressed
through the organisation and was appointed Head of IT in June 2005.
Prior to joining Foresters, Dwight had 10 years working for a
software house providing tailored solutions to their investment and
fund managers in the financial industry.
Jason Rose - Head of Compliance
Jason joined Foresters in January 1990 and became Compliance
Manager in 1999.
In March 2004, Jason was appointed Group Compliance Officer and
assumed overall responsibility for Foresters regulatory compliance
activities. Jason's professional qualifications include Fellow,
Life Management Institute. He is also an Associate of both the
Compliance Institute and the Securities and Investment
Institute.
Mark Sonenfeld - Head of Actuarial
Mark joined Foresters in January 1997, as Head of Actuarial,
having previously worked at Century Life, Prosperity and United
Friendly. He qualified as a Fellow
of the Institute of Actuaries in 1986.
